The villa is located next to a rare preserved Gothic architectural monument from the XV century in the Bay of Boka Kotorska, the stone of the palace of Tre Sorelle, named after the tragic and romantic legend of three sisters, Neri, Bianca and Rosa, from the Buci family, who dedicated their lives waiting to return a sailor, in whom all three were in love.
